Silvertron Youth Choir – Spaceship Sunlight
Oregon musician Thomas Mudrick has teamed up with members of local record label Ten Dollar Record Company as Silvertron Youth Choir to create the odd, musically-eclectic, and eccentric album Our God is a Possum God. Fuelled by pure artistic creativity and unfiltered inspiration, the new album boasts an off-centered sense of humour and musicality that does not care what you think of it. Released July 28th, the album parades through a variety of different genres from stoner-folk, indie pop, and acid-trip hip-hop, and is lead by the opening song “Spaceship Sunlight”.

Mind-bending bass manipulation and alternative hip-hop elements scattered within “Spaceship Sunlight” make for an interesting and hallucinogenic way to kick off one of the most high-functioning intoxicated albums of the year.
