Seattle singer-songwriter Jack Shriner has been producing music from his bedroom since his teenage years, going on to self-produce three full length albums and tour the Pacific Northwestern states. Adding to his repertoire, Shriner has announced his latest effort will be released February 19th.
The Fluid Ounce showcases the songwriter’s exploration through genres, touching on progressive rock, shoegaze, and experimental. Headlining the upcoming release is the lead single “Slow Shadow”.
Drenched in elements of prog-rock and post-rock, the new track utilizes the glossy effects of distortion, creating a dreamy ambience for the shoegaze-style song.
