Indie sludge pop/shoegaze outift Vulva Culture released their latest EP In Vain back in September, and have since shared the black and white music video for their dark, atmospheric single “Bloody”. Directed by Heather Rappard, the visual clip shows a woman fixing her hair in an hypnotic routine.
The song’s slow progression creates a shadowy demeanour, subtly drenched in a cool mist of lead singer Amy Vinnedge’s soothing vocals.
