Two Door Cinema Club – Bad Decisions
Irish dance-rock trio Two Door Cinema Club are returning after some much needed time off. Health complications with lead singer Alex Trimble held back the band from releasing new music since their 2013 EP Changing of the Seasons, but Two Door Cinema Club broke the silence with their lead single “Are We Ready (Wreck)”. Now, gearing up to release their third full-length Gameshow this October, the slick, indie pop group have released the album’s second single “Bad Decisions”.
Tuning their dials to the days of disco and loveable dance floor hits, “Bad Decisions” adds a healthy dose of disco and funk into their signature sound, but not without the contemporary, slick stylings the band are best known for. The flashy, ’80s-guitar pop tune has Trimble hitting some higher notes well above his usual register, adding a bit of flare to the new track.
