Paris synth-pop trio Kid North announced their upcoming release New Waters back in October with the release of its lead single “Rip Tide“. With the January 2016 release date fast approaching, the French band have released a live recording for their new single “The Hours”, filmed at the Firgun Recording Studio in Paris. The new single repurposes their dance-rock groove into a dense, slow-burning style, further showing their shift from U.K.-inspired dance-pop to subtle hints of electronic, dark-pop.
