With the sun shining bright above Mooney’s Bay, the second day of Ottawa Dragon Boat Festival was also arguably one of the most beautiful days of the year. The perfect weather made for excellent racing conditions, as the Dragon Boat teams celebrated with their opening ceremonies. Boats, boats, boats, and more boats. From June 23 to 26th, Mooney’s Bay transforms into the festival grounds for Ottawa’s Dragon Boat Festival, with teams from around the world coming to compete.
