JUNO Award-Winners The Bros. Landreth Share Heartbreaking New Music Video For “Drive All Night”; Announce Tour Dates

With a handful of tour dates behind them, JUNO Award-winning duo The Bros. Landreth, comprised of Joey and David Landreth, have announced a run of dates starting this summer in support of their recently released third album Come Morning.

Alongside the news, the pair have shared their heartbreaking new music video for “Drive All Night”, directed by Michael Linton.

Written about ever-growing love, the song finds a new, unexpected meaning with the visual. “When Dave and Joey approached me about the possibility of directing [the video], I wanted to create something that was unexpected for the song”, explains Linton. “I had this idea of turning the lyrics upside down and creating a visual story that was a complete contrast to the song. What if this wasn’t the soundtrack to falling in love, but the soundtrack to falling apart? The goal from the beginning was to really make a short film, with the song as the soundtrack, so it had to be cinematic. It had to be powerful, emotional, and resonate with people.

We’ve known Mike Linton for a few years now. We’ve been really struck by how uncompromising his approach is, and when their crew commits to a project, they won’t stop until they get it just right;” share The Bros. Landreth. “We started looking for excuses to collaborate with Mike, and one of the ideas was to have him write, direct, and produce a music video for Drive All Night. We talked through a few different treatments until we landed on this one. The two actors that agreed to do the video, Stephanie Sy and Gabriel Daniels, were enormous on camera. Mike & his team did a brilliant job of giving the actors space to portray a heartbreaking story of two people falling apart and falling away from each other.
