Seattle indie synth pop/dream pop group Western Haunts have established a fairly sized fan base in their hometown, and as they anticipate the release of their latest work Gradient EP out September 15th, the four-piece are excited to reach out farther to a bigger audience with their new music video for the single “People in Decline”.

Featuring local street performer Nickaia Rain, the music video has a “Humans of New York” vibe, showing Rain performing in his natural habitat – outside bus stops, on the street, and anywhere he feels fit. Providing the musical backdrop for the performance, “People in Decline” has a dense, post-punk/new wave feel, but with a melodramatic, pop charm.
