Sights & Sounds of CityFolk Festival: September 20, 2015

That’s all, folks!

Sunday’s concerts meant the end of the CityFolk festival for 2015. Before the curtains closed, top-notch performers took the stage to dazzle and entertain; anticipated acts included Corb Lund, Built to Spill, Passenger, and Wilco.

For the final night, we sent photographer Connor Evans once more to capture the highlights.

Passenger 

British singer-songwriter Michael Rosenberg was easily one of the most exciting and , playing some of his favourite songs from album past and present. Showcasing their loyalty and adoration for the musician, the crowd joined in for a spontaneous, collective sing-along.

Wilco

Legendary alternative folk rock group Wilco were an exceptional performance Sunday night, helping to close off the exciting weekend. Since the surprise release of their latest album Star Wars, amongst an extensive studio discography, Jeff Tweedy and the band impressed fans new and old.
