Cry Monster Cry – Starling (From Around in World in 80 Music Videos)
Irish brother folk-duo Cry Monster Cry released their debut album Rhythm of Dawn (enjoy the lead single Atlas) this past year, and Richie and Jamie Martin’s music caught the attention of two travelling Brazilians.
Leo Longo and Dianna Boccara are the founders of international project Around the World in 80 Music Videos, travelling the world and showcasing musicians from their unique regions. Selected musicians work with the duo to create a concept, and then produce a music video in one, seamless shot.
Cry Monster Cry were one of three artists selected from Ireland and chose the song “Starling” from their debut record. With the desire to showcase the lush, green spaces of Ireland, they were drawn to the forests, creating a woodland fantasy in the process.
