Colony House – You Know It (Official Music Video)
Tennessee indie pop rock trio Colony House released their colourful, yet pensive debut When I Was Younger back in 2014, and since then have been touring around the States in support of it. While on the road, the young band wrote and recorded some new material which will be released as their sophomore album Only the Lonely, set to hit shelves on September 16th. From the new collection is the music video for their latest single “You Know It”, inspired by their time on the road and the feelings that come with it.
With their youthful charm in hand, Colony House turn to the vibrant bop of the ’60s, bringing the classic surf-rock style into the contemporary world of indie rock. Paying tribute to the early televised music performances, the music video takes a trip to the era of black and white rock bands, as the band sings about missing home while on the road.
