Ludic – Love Me Like
With the warmer weather of May teasing us with the idea of summer, the craving for late nights outdoors and sun-filled afternoons grows with each passing day. Vancouver indie pop trio Ludic have turned the urge for the freeing sense of summer into bright funk pop on their new single “Love Me Like”.
Composed of brothers Max and Rhett Cunningham and Ayla Tesler-Mabe, the members of Ludic are barely out of high school but that doesn’t mean they can’t create groovy guitar-pop tracks that are reminiscent of vintage funk.
“Love Me Like” borrows the inspiration of their musical idols while bringing together contemporary production and the youthful inspiration of summer lovin’. Colourful hooks and easy-breezy attitude make their new single a must-have on any summer playlist this year.
