UK Artist Honey Mooncie Shares New Single “Better Run” From Upcoming Album

From her upcoming album To Whom It May Concern, out November 12th, UK singer-songwriter Honey Mooncie has shared her new single “Better Run”. Allowing her voice to reach out into neo-soul and jazz-pop, the sultry ballad focuses on her dazzling vocal style and adds a hint of humour as she sings about leaving a party early.

About the single, she shares, “it was written back in 2019 with Adj Buffone and Jim Duguid. I wanted to write a stripped back vocal and guitar track and we did just that! ‘Better Run’ is about wanting to leave a party before it ends, sneaking out the back and not saying goodbye to anyone. This is one of my favourite tracks on the mixtape and I’m so happy to finally share it.”

A moody guitar and melodramatic vocal delivery give a lighthearted and delicate edge to the introvert anthem. Listen below:
