Indie Pop Artist Nina Moss Finds A Moment Of Calm On Her Glistening New Single “If I Could”
Brooklyn-based indie pop artist Nina Moss has spent most of her career surrounded by music, as both a manger of a recording studio and show curator for local venues. Inspired by the other artists and the industry, Moss returned to writing originals songs, which has lead to her new single “If I Could”. Sharing similarities to the likes of Sylvan Esso and Maggie Rodgers, her sound combines indietronica, pop, and folk together for a lush and captivating release.
About the song, Nina shares: “I wrote this song in the Idaho countryside this summer, having found a rare moment of peace in a chaotic year. I’d felt myself wishing I could just “stay a while.” It’s a simple idea, but I’m from New York and often feel caught up in the rat race mentality. I wanted to write something about trying to find that work/life balance, which is something I struggle with”.
“If I Could” is a wonderful companion to escape the hustle and bustle of every day life.
