Boston Psych-Rockers The Big Sway Share Nightmare-Fuel Music Video For “Almost Home”
Boston-based psychedelic punk rock trio The Big Sway have shared their new single and music video “Almost Home”, the first single from their forthcoming sophomore LP We Made This For You, out this summer. Combining elements of indie-punk, noise-rock, psychedelic, garage-rock and funk, “Almost Home” is a chaotic journey of sound, with ties to the likes of Primus and King Gizzard & The Lizard Wizard.
Serving as the first piece of the upcoming visual album, “Almost Home” features a stop-motion-hybrid music video created by Damon Bishop of Hambone Industries, that gives a new perspective to the concept of a road trip. Broken up into different sections, the song takes listeners on a trip of their own, as psychedelic guitars and punkish vocals interact with a rollercoaster of energy.
