Dark Pop Artist Elliot Lee Calls Out The Bullies On Electro Hit “Mess Boy”

Brooklyn-based artist Elliot Lee has shared their new animated music video for the dark pop hit “Mess Boy”. Heavily based in truth, the song is an autobiographical track, stemming from an uncomfortable and inappropriate interaction with a colleague Elliot had. Using the story as fuel for their craft, the accompanying visual shows a woman being followed and harassed on the subway.

Despite its dark undertones, there’s a vibrancy to Elliot’s music courtesy of the rich electro-pop production and meaningful pop hooks.
