Rapper Bukhari Drops New WWE-Inspired Single “Melina” From Recent LP ‘1:11’
Arizona-based rapper Bukhari has been writing songs since 12 years old as a way to fight the demons in his life.
After both his parents were incarcerated when he was 4 months old, he lived with his grandmother and older brother. As he grew up, Bukhari found solace in music and WWE, fighting off bullies after being diagnosed with Asperger’s at 16. Having been followed by mental health issues all his life, he found ways to persevere and transpose his struggles into his music.
With over a decade of music under his belt, his new album 1:11 was released back in March, and the emerging hip-hop artist has shared his hit single “Melina”.
“This song is inspired by former WWE women’s champion Molina who did a splits in between the ropes during her entrance. I saw at the royal rumble this year and it was real dope to see. Also it is Wrestlemania season so it’s only right!”
Boasting an infectious level of confidence and crafty trap beats, “Melina” is an instant party-starter.
