Dublin Singer-Songwriter Sammy Copley Pulls At Heartstrings With New Love Song “To The Bone”

Since first sharing his music on YouTube at 14, Irish singer-songwriter Sammy Copley has continued his narrative-based songwriting and returns with the heartfelt new single “To The Bone”. Following his 2021 debut album Growing Pains, “To The Bone” is a love song about a fictional married couple looking back at their lifelong romance. Despite its imaginative origins, the song possess a beautifully real feel to it, both from Sammy’s piano-led performance and the sincerity of the lyrics.

Of the new track Sammy says “To The Bone is the love story of a fictional old married couple, written from the perspective of a husband who has been trying to write a song for his wife their entire marriage. Inspired by The Beatrice Letters, the song is about trying to find all the right words to articulate the depth of your love for someone.”  

With a similar gripping power to the Up soundtrack, “To The Bone” is a breathtaking and stunning love song.
