Indie Rock Outfit The Brazen Youth Unveil New Single “Open Outside” From Upcoming Album

Continuing the momentum from their October Changing EP, Lyme, CT indie rock trio The Brazen Youth have shared their new single “Open Outside”. Alongside the single, the band have announced they will be releasing a full-length album later this year.

“‘Open Outside’ is about coming to terms with all things external, abstract, and out of our control”, shares the band about the new song. It was written and recorded during March 2020, when as they describe it, “the outside world was ingrained in fear and fleeting color.”

The hazy, melancholic perspective of the world transposes into reverb-filled guitar tones, as the group mix folk, indie rock, and emo influences together for a full-bodied listening experience.
