New Zealand Indie Rock Group Evening Is Youth Lean Into Their Mishaps With New Single “I’m Glad I Left”

New Zealand-based indie rock outfit Evening Is Youth have shared their new single “I’m Glad I Left”. The Auckland squad embrace the youthful qualities of their indie pop rock sound and combine it with nostalgic lyricism for a song about taking stock of where you are in life.  

“Everything that has ever happened to us has informed our music,” shares the band. “Fucking up, making terrible decisions. It always informs the music.”

Accompanying the release is the new music video. Featuring dream-like footage and an vintage color grading, the visuals capture the song’s reminiscent style and melancholic energy.
