Icelandic Indie Rock Group superserious Drop New Single “Bye Bye Honey”

Icelandic indie rock group superserious hail from the small fishing town of Garðabær. Comprised of singer/songwriter and guitarist Daníel Jón, lead guitarist Haukur Jóhannesson, bassist Kristinn Þór Óskarsson, and drummer Helgi Einarsson, the group originally met in high school but came together in 2021 to release their debut album Let’s Get Serious. Keeping the momentum going, the band have started gearing up for their sophomore album, including their latest single “Bye Bye Honey”.

An easy-to-love indie pop tune, “Bye Bye Honey” turns on the charm from the get-go, with playful ’10s indie dance-pop guitar riffs and energy moving into a catchy chorus hook.
