Los Angeles-based rock artist TJ Stafford has shared his passionate new single “The World’s Gonna Love Me”, lifted from his upcoming project Nipple Whisk. Drenched in uncertainty and dismay, the new single is a reflective exploration of the musician’s ego chasing success and fame. While Stafford has found success in own right through sync placements, sold out shows, and songwriting credits, the journey never feels complete.
With the revolving chorus of “the world’s gonna love me before I die”, the anthemic rock song gradually finds way with a driving melancholy, before reaching its arena-sized apex. Accompanying the release is the new choreographed music video, set in a smoky, empty bar; a fitting location for a song about the struggles of a musician chasing fame.
