Indie Alt Rock Artist Compltr Shares New Single “Just Desire”

Indie alternative rock outfit Compltr recently released their sophomore EP You Won’t Get A Gold Medal, which includes the anthemic focus track “Just Desire”.

Coming from a place of change and loss, the collection captures the journey through adulthood and the shifts it creates. Situated in the middle of the track list is “Just Desire”, a romantically-charged single about the San Francisco dating scene and trying to find a balance between starting something new and dealing with changes.

With a tinge of emo in its spirit, “Just Desire” is a roaring and melancholic release, influenced by the likes of Jimmy Eat World and Dashboard Confessional. Opening up with each chorus, “Just Desire” is a catchy and energized single with hints of sarcasm built in.
