London Singer-Songwriter Zoe Konez Cozies Up With New Single “Easy To Learn”

London-based indie singer-songwriter Zoe Konez has shared her new single “Easy To Learn”. Driven by her lush and dreamy vocals, the atmospheric folk tune is her first single since 2021.

Inspired by her time spent in the Devon countryside with family while welcoming a new addition, “Easy To Learn” is an ode to remaining resilient and determined while going through life.

“I realised as I was writing the song that this song somehow felt personal, but only when it was finished did I realise why I was so emotionally affected when singing the song”, Zoe shares. “I thought initially the lyrics were uplifting, hopeful, but I realised that as I recorded the song, the lyrics opened up a deep wound reflecting back at my lack of resilience which has endured through my adult life. The way I produced the song was a conscious decision to create this warm ‘hug’ of sound, with layers of vocals supporting each other to convey the song and to build that delicate feeling into a powerful sound.”

Cozy, dreamy, and spirited, “Easy To Learn” provides a blanketed sense of hope and charm, as Zoe returns to her roots as a folk singer-songwriter.
