Australian alt-pop artist Christos has shared his new single “what a mess!”. Produced by collaborator and friend Youngie, the pair combine the unwavering energy of modern pop-punk with flashy hip-hop production, inspired by the likes of Kid Laroi and Machine Gun Kelly.

“It’s fun, it’s honest and it’s me”, Christos shares. “It’s an upbeat, high energy song, but there are also some sadder lyrics that have deeper meanings. Like a lot of my other songs, I bring the energy in this one while still talking about some thought provoking shit.”

An anthem about chasing one’s dreams and living your own path, “what a mess!” is a rejuvenating hit of confidence and energy.
