Ladyfrnd – Farewell Remixes
Vancouver ambient/electronic duo Ladyfrnd are calling it quits. Composed of HUMAN and Gang Signs member Peter Ricq, and vocalist Yuki Holland, the pair have released their final release in the form of a collection of remixes of their July 2015 release Farewell EP. The Farewell Remixes EP takes fans on one last journey through a few popular tracks reconstructed by HUMAN, Gang Signs, Ryan Wells, Heroshe, ma/am, ACTORS Stalkers, and donné.
Transforming Ladyfrnd’s tranquil, often-times tropical style into varying forms, the new EP provides a fresh take on old songs; from hyper-textured forms of trance and house, to upbeat and progressive sub genres of electronica, the record also features three different remixes of “Strange Days”.
