Once again, a Canadian artist releases a compelling and timeless summer album.

Current Swell bring together slow, warm folk melodies, such as “One Day I’ll Be Rich” or “Ulysses” and rocking country tracks like Rollin’ (the music video is awesome – Canadian’s have the best sense of humour), into one wicked album.

Davers, Scott, Ghosty and Chrispy have been playing together for six years, and the band is still going strong, with a bright future ahead of them – it’s bands like Current Swell that give the Canadian music scene a sturdy reputation.
