Los Angeles indie electro-rock group TOPANGA, lead by Derek Brambles and Eric Johnson are releasing their debut Midnight Jungle EP in February. Based around their experiences and the nightlife of L.A., the new EP is brimming with electronic energy and glowing charm.
From the upcoming release comes the lead single “Shadows”, a song Brambles originally had written as a commercial music composer. His love for the tune evolved and he decided to turn it into an electro-pop hit.
Exploding into glowing synthesizers and toe-tapping rhythms, “Shadows” is an exciting first look into the new record. Resembling the likes of Miike Snow, Beck, and Dragonette, the track is irresistible and a feel-good tune to say the least.
