Fonkynson – Mind Games ft. Desiire
Originally from Paris, France, Fonkynson has been sharing his French-house style with his new hometown of Montreal and the rest of the world. Since his 2016 disco-inspired debut LP #followme, Fonkyson has been working towards a followup sophomore album for sometime this year.
From the upcoming release is the groovy lead single “Mind Games” featuring R&B vocalist Desiire. Colourfully filled with scattering synthesizer melodies and subtle hints of neo-soul, “Mind Games” takes Fonkynson’s four-on-the-floor disco-house background and turns it into a catchy and electro-pop tune that is perfect for parties, clubs, or subway rides alike.
