The Weeknd Unveils A Look In Music Video For “Save Your Tears”
Following the gruesome transformation in his “Too Late” video, pop sensation The Weeknd has added another piece to the puzzle with his new video for “Save Your Tears”, one of the songs performed at the 2020 AMAs while donning a bandage-wrapped head.
Featuring the reconstructed version of The Weeknd, viewers are finally exposed to the “new” look and persona, as he performs to a masked crowd. Contrasting with the melodic, dance-pop tune “Save The Tears”, its accompanying music video is a subtly dark and psychopathic performance from this new persona.
After a compelling and busy 2020, The Weeknd has kicked off the new year with an unparalleled gusto, it will be interesting to see where this new “look” goes, especially considering he is scheduled to perform at the 2021 Superbowl Halftime Show.
