HOLOW & Max Green Create New Dance Number “Chemicals”
French producer Holow (also known as Arthur), and musician Max Green made the trek to Mont Blanc, the highest summit of the Alps to compose their new single “Chemicals”. From the isolation of the mountain top, the duo escaped from the mundane, everyday world to find a place to create without distraction. The scenery and environment helped the Paris-based artist to produce something fun and carefree.
“Chemicals” is an exciting mix of trap, Drum n’ Bass, and UK Garage, built together to form an exciting neo-French house electro-pop dance number, based around self-awareness.
Green shares, “Working with Holow has been nothing but a fun and natural process, and ‘Chemicals’ was one of those songs that practically wrote itself. For me, the song depicts a time in my life where I was looking for meaning through a string of meaningless interactions. Topics of self-awareness come into play with the irony of the human condition under the influence. All whilst dancing of course.”
