Australian Indie Pop Act The Million Share “Speed Dial” From New EP ‘why we’ll never be together’

After meeting in high school band, Jacob Thomas (vocals/guitar) and Jay Stewart (drummer) eventually formed a musical bond that would result in becoming the indie pop act The Million back in 2015, bringing along bassist and friend Tamon Mashimo after reconnecting at a Paramore concert, and in 2021, included guitarist McKinley Payne into the mix.

After building up a community of followers in their native Australia, the group are moving into international territory with their dance-hungry indie pop rock. From their new EP why we’ll never be together, the band have shared the glossy hit “Speed Dial”. Following the show, the band spent the late hours of the night finishing up and tracking the catchy hit that is now out into the world.
