Estonian Electro-pop Act NOËP Refocuses With Stunning New Single “Head Out Of The Water”
Multi-disciplinary artist NOËP took some time off at the end of last year to refocus. A director, artist, and musician, real name Andres Kõpperi wrote his new single “Head Out Of The Water” as he took on a new direction with his art. “I took some time off to focus on writing at the end of last year and after the song came about, it was clear to me where I’m headed”, he shares. “I believe its uniqueness will stand out from my previous tracks and the upcoming journey will be exciting for both me and my fans.”
Borrowing influences from Passion Pit, The Blaze and Rüfüs Du Sol, Kõpperi combines the lush, limitlessness of electronic music with rich, delicate folk-pop on his new single “Head Out Of The Water”. The result is a stunning and uplifting track, accompanied by a fun and feel-good music video: “I feel like my background as a film director influences a lot of my songwriting. The storytelling has a specific structure which is usually inspired by the aesthetics of film screenplays.”
