PREMIERE: Dance The Night Away With ZULA & glue70 On New Collaboration “Let’s Go Out”
From the upcoming collaborative EP SKIN44, Havêa Records acts ZULA and glue70 have shared the groovy new hit “Let’s Go Out”. Crafted in the late hours following a night out in Manchester, the new track is simultaneously a reflective and extroverted piece, finding its energy through choppy synths and pitched vocals over a retro house beat.
The UK-based duo share, “‘Let’s Go Out’ is for those who love to dance, and haven’t forgotten the rush they get when they lock eyes with somebody and throw some shapes. Dance is a language that ZULA loves to speak in and this slow rhythmic floor filler reunites those we haven’t seen for a while in low-lit clubs.“
glue70’s glitchy production gives the slick nu-R&B track an invitation into the underground house scene, as snappy textures and off-kilter percussion rework the four-to-the-floor tradition. Bringing out a futuristic edge courtesy of ZULA’s sultry vocal tone, “Let’s Go Out” pulls from the ’90s jackswing to craft something modern and smooth for those 5am after parties.
