Baltimore Rapper Abby T Shares New Video For “Legos” Featuring Rodney Chrome
Baltimore-based multi-hyphenate artist Abby T has shared her latest single “LEGOS” featuring singer/rapper Rodney Chrome. Showcasing a more aggressive side to Abby’s music, her infectious flow and vocals float over an animated trap beat, mirrored by the fast-cut music video directed by Henry DaCosta. About the creative process, Abby adds, “the video is very much rooted in Afro-futurism, which is the first time I have done anything like that with my visual content and it’s the first time it feels like there’s more behind it artistically and more intention and it feels like it can live on its own, it has its own world but function as a music video, story and as something that’s visually appealing so I have no doubt that when that comes out, it will knock people’s jaws to the ground. I never thought that I could be a part of something like that.”
The combination of Abby’s engaging performance and the striking music video makes for an entertaining audio-visual experience, rounded out by Rodney Chrome’s fierce verse.
