Calgary Punk Act Chiliocosm Share New Single “Diamond Cutter”
Named after the Buddhist term for “a universe of a thousand smaller universes”, Calgary-based punk group came together from different corners of the world – Mexico, Brazil, Philippines, and Canada. Having established their own universe of sorts, the three-piece have been releasing a steady stream of new music over the last few years, including two full-lengths in 2021.
With more music in the tank, the trio have shared “Diamond Cutter”, the first of 2022. Its mosh-inducing energy and a sing-along worthy chorus give “Diamond Cutter” its strength, as the Calgary punks deliver a nod to the early crossover days of hardcore and pop-punk.
