Swedish Indie Rock Band Kone Mara Share New Single “Will You Live” From Upcoming Debut EP ‘Nomad’

From their upcoming debut EP Nomad, Swedish up-and-coming indie rock band Kone Mara have shared the heartfelt ballad “Will You Live”. Keeping with their gentle, bedroom pop feel, “Will You Live” is a sincere and captivating performance, which highlights frontwoman Ida Rehnberg’s angelic vocals.

A favourite from their live performances, the band elaborate on the single: “Will You Live’ was written to describe the love for the valuable things, the fear of losing what you hold dear. The song is about doubting your existence, the longing and the unconditional love”.

Borrowing hints of Fleetwood Mac, Laura Marling, and Chvrches, the song’s lush instrumentation and passionate style makes for a wonderful first impression. As their discography continues to grow, the band’s charming and down-to-earth songwriting comes alive on “Will You Live”.
