Australian Retro-Pop Outfit Confidence Man Drop Irresistible New Single “Feels Like A Different Thing” From Upcoming Album
Melbourne electro-pop foursome Confidence Man focused on the concept “less is more” for their upcoming album Tilt, out April 1st via Heavenly Recordings. Not overthinking it, the band combined unstoppable riffs, catchy melodies, and timeless energy to make a barebones collection that spoke to the masses.
From the upcoming album is “Feels Like A Different Thing” – a ’90s underground club offering that keeps things simple and magnetic. With its invigorating retro energy, the song revolves around its efficiency. “Feels Like A Different Thing isn’t here to mess around”, the band share. “Two lyrics, one riff, no fuss. It’ll get your blood pumping. It’ll make your ears bleed (in a good way). It’ll steal your car and burn down your house and you’ll still say thanks.”
Its accompanying visual mirrors its retro aesthetic, giving off Darude-meets-S Club 7 vibes while dancing in the desert.
