Auckland Indie Act Tablefox Share New Single “Keep Them Guessing” From Latest Album ‘Battles’

Auckland-based alternative rock group Tablefox released their third full-length Battles back in 2021, and have unveiled it’s latest single “Keep Them Guessing”. The five-piece channel the likes of Muse and U2 for an anthemic and arena-sized track. With triumphant guitars and a swift kick in gear courtesy of an accompanying horn section, the song’s ’00s sound and hook-driven chorus makes for a throwback hit.

“Keep Them Guessing” dives into the idea of having different versions of oneself; frontman Clinton Bell explains: “Keep them guessing is a song about the different emotional masks we wear everyday. We use these masks to gain affection, sympathy, notoriety or infamy to name a few. Everyone uses these for good and bad reasons.”
