Couch – Fall Into Place
After bouncing into the funk & soul music scene in Boston with their groovy single “Easy To Love”, Couch have shared their new single “Fall Into Place”, once again capturing the full-bodied spirit of the genre.
Incorporating elements of gospel and hip-hop into their new single, the aspiring eight-piece ignite on “Fall Into Place”. Lead by co-vocalists Tema Siegel and Ella Redmond, the song travels from cruising soul ballad into crashing funk party with each verse and chorus.
The band’s chemistry, size, and musicality makes for a captivating contemporary soul track that branches off from the vintage sound of the ’60s but with a youthful spirit of the next generation; bands like Lawrence, Busty and the Bass, and Vulpeck come to mind.
