Despite hailing from Leeds, UK, emo-rock act Beauty School borrow plenty of things to love from the American midwest emo scene on their new single “Pawn Shop Jewels”. Melancholic verses and overtly melodic guitar licks combine for a song bursting with influences from American Football and heavier moments that nod to the likes of Neck Deep and Wonder Years.
