Los Angeles-based indie singer-songwriter Lisa Heller has been busy releasing new music over the last year or so. Tapping into the anthemic pop-rock of the next generation, her new single “Shut Ur Mouth” is a Gen-Z hit with a splash of ’00s pop for good measure.
About the song, she shares: “I’ve always relied on others for reassurance and acceptance. As I call for help one last time I realize I don’t need anyone else after all. I’m letting go of my old demons; if anyone has something rude to say, they can shut their mouth.”
