Indie Pop Artist nobody likes you pat Explores What It Means To Be Happy With Home Video Music Video “maybe money”
Minneapolis-based act nobody likes you pat, the moniker for songwriter, producer and multi-instrumentalist Patrick Kiloran, has shared his latest single “maybe money”. Lead by his bedroom-pop vocals and introspective lyricism, the new single explores the concept of chasing happiness.
Revolving around the lyric of “maybe money can never buy what I’m looking for”, Pat tries to make sense of what it means to be successful – a common topic, especially among creatives and artists. Having spent a number of years touring with his previous band Milkk and working in audio production for film and television, his nomadic career path provides a unique perspective to the song’s theme.
Accompanying the new single, Pat has combined old home video footage to contrast his lyrics with the “good ol’ days”.
