Montreal electro-pop artist Wonderboat has shared his new single “Slow Kiss”.
The upbeat and retro-inspired single serves as an anthem for rebounds following a break-up. Fittingly recorded in his bedroom, Wonderboat wanted to pay homage to these small, insignificant slices of life that most people can relate to. “It seemed relevant to me at the time because I was going through a breakup myself,” says the artist.
Having been re-written over 28 times, the song has finally found its place in the world. Sultry, groovy, and futuristic, “Slow Kiss” finds a middle ground between reality and fever dream with its accompanying music video.
