Dinner Meets Party In New Electronic Series ‘Sauce Session’ With Mangabey & Top Chef Contestant Wilfried Romain

Since 2018, French YouTube channel Sauce Blanche have been combining music and food through their innovative series Sauce Session. By combining an artist with a chef in the kitchen, the program showcases a musical performance while a chef cooks their speciality. The show’s latest episode features Toulouse producer Mangabey, and Top Chef contestant Wilfried Romain.

Performing his single “French Cheese”, Mangabey soundtracks the construction of Romain’s dish “cheesygreen”, composed of grilled broccoli, peas, and Brie de Melun cheese.
