Los Angeles Producer Shoffy Drops Irresistible New Hit “Love Ya” From Upcoming LP ‘…Onward’
LA based artist & producer Shoffy returns with his glossy new single “Love Ya”. Taken from his upcoming album …Onward, the track combines tropical house with electro-pop, crafting together for a catchy and minimalistic pop hit.
Speaking on the release, Shoffy shares,
“ I was in the mood to write an upbeat, summery, electronic record that was fun and light – guess I woke up on the right side of the bed that morning. I think I was primarily inspired to get the beat and instrumentation feeling right, and then the lyrics sort of fell into place. Musically, I was inspired by dance music that bridges the gap between dance and pop. Lyrically, the first idea was that “luh luh luh” bit – and I thought that was pretty cool and catchy, and ran with it.”
Bridging simplicity with hooks, “Love Ya” is an underrated summer anthem.
