Danish Indie Folk Trio The Sleeplings Share New Single “June” From New EP ‘Passings’

With their new new EP Passings out into the world, Danish indie folk trio Sleeplings have shared their latest single “June”. Rich with their blend of folk, psychedelic, and rock, “June” is a melancholic and moody offering – despite its summery name.

Influenced by the likes of Radiohead and the more experimental era of The Beatles, “June” lets the moody possibilities of the piano interlock with its guitar tones, creating a cinematic soundscape. Sharing a personal story of a long distance relationship, “June” captures the pent up emotions that come from living far away from a beloved.
