British-South African MC Toya Delazy Shares Cinematic New Music Video For “Tini”
East London-based by way of South Africa artist Toya Delazy has shared her new music video for “Tini”, the latest single from her LP Afrorave Vol. 1.
Combining Afrobeats with hypnotic and wobbly basslines, Toya incorporates Zulu raps with a plethora of electronic textures for a mesmerizing listening experience.
Her eye for artistry comes to fruition in the accompanying visual, as traditional costumes and modern fashion collide with striking colours flashing between black and white shots. Trippy choreography and fast cuts match the energy of the song’s droning and punchy electronic snares and kicks.
