Toronto Punk Group Pink Leather Jackets Nod To Poor Decisions On New Single “Sixteen Forties”
Toronto punk-rock four-piece Pink Leather Jackets have shared their new single “Sixteen Forties”. The four friends of Chris Woolley (vocals, guitar), Nick Rendeiro (guitar), Nathan Colucci (bass), and Matt Bellissimo (drums) pay tribute to their younger days on the rambunctious and anthemic track.
With its catchy hook and gritty DIY spirit, the group nod to the poor decisions made from drinking in high school.
“Sixteen and drinking forties, nothing out of the ordinary, this punk rock track oozing with nostalgia will take you back to the time your friend got kicked out of school, you snuck into a 19+ show, and the bush party you stumbled home from”, the band share.
Inspired by The Dirty Nil, FIDLAR, and The Offspring, “Sixteen Forties” is sure to ignite a fire of nostalgia and energy, with a hint of embarrassment.
