Bedroom Electro-Pop Artist Skylimit Shares Dreamy New Single “The Other Side”

While still very young and cutting his teeth by steadily releasing music, the man behind Skylimit, Stephen Balcos, is developing his craft rather quickly. New release “The Other Side” is testament to that as the intricate nature of the song displays the work ethic Balcos has towards songwriting and production.

With a strong influence from musical role models such as Owl City, Skylimit also uses an epic sounding arrangement that reminds us of the likes of M83 or Kavinsky, sitting in an upbeat neo-noir universe and allowing his creative influences to avoid being pigeon-holed.

Catchy melodies and introspective lyricism tells us that Balcos has an ability to reach deep into himself when searching for answers, and this time he’s hit the bullseye with “The Other Side”.
